Exercise not use National Seating and Mobility from Northward **. They do not stand behind their mistakes! The exterior was like shooting fish in a barrel as it was a straight run. On the other hand the inside was able to use 2 custom straight chairlifts or possibly a custom curved lift. I asked **** virtually the curved elevator and he measured. I am **** and *** lbs. with a new knee and a spinal injury. He measured and said it would work very comfortably. So I opted for the curved unit of measurement per his statement. Meanwhile the outside was put in and seemed to do the chore. iii-four weeks later they came to install the inside curved unit of measurement. The installer went over what they were going to with me. I found that the salesman left out a left turn at the top of the stairs, so they took back the unit. **** called me and said I **** have the unit back in vii-x days. While **** ***** was there I asked him to check the exterior elevator as I was hearing a bang-up noise when using it. He checked and came back and told me non to use as it was not installed properly and that the rails could snap off and I would fall down the flying of stairs. You would think that this would be a priority to ready. That was terminal Thursday, vii/9. They **** not be dorsum to fix information technology until Friday, 717! They **** not remove the inside rails which practise not work and requite us credit and so put two straight client lifts in which we would pay for. It looks similar they do not care for people and they only treat the money! Why are the in the business to aid people? Desired Outcome

I would similar the curved unit removed and all the holes repaired and credit given for the curved unit. So nosotros **** want to put in 2 direct custom units and we **** pay for them. The mistake was fabricated past their salesman by telling me the curved unit of measurement would work! He never measured me or taken my physical disabilities into consideration when telling me it would work! As far as the outside lifts installation, I experience lamentable for those who had their lifts put in by the aforementioned guys who did mine. National should get out and*** those installations. Only they won't. I contacted their parent company, ******. Waiting for a phone call back.

National Seating & Mobility, Inc.'s Response to BBB Complaint Instance# ******** (Ref#Xx-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX-X-XXX) Background: NSM was contracted to provide an access solution assuasive our client prophylactic entrance into his home. During the initial consultation our client was given options for two direct ********** or 1 custom curve *********. The client chose the single ********* option and also insisted on a redundancy exit strategy, for which NSM recommended an outside *********. NSM placed the order with the manufacturer based on our client's selections. During the initial installation, on or about March 10, 2020, our client insisted he had contracted for a special ninety-caste curve at the top of the inside *********. Even though no documentation supported his demand, his request was approved and NSM began the process of returning the ********* to the industry for alterations. Unfortunately for everyone involved, shipping to and from the manufacturer at that time was made nearly incommunicable due to********* and government restrictions related thereto. That, in addition to the impact of********* on business concern operations in full general, caused the delay he is so upset about. In one case the newly contradistinct ********* was received from the manufacturer, it was reinstalled by NSM and signed off on by our client. The client later contacted NSM to express his concerns with exiting the ********* at the bottom and NSM tried, on multiple occasions, to work with him on a solution to address his concerns. He refused to even utilise the ********* to demonstrate his issue, challenge he "did not feel up to it". That said, based on his description of the event, NSM was able to propose a safe and easy ready past offering to add together a special bend at the bottom of the ********* that would permit our client to safely and easily exit. He was not interested in that pick, or any pick that involved keeping the existing *********. As for our client'southward claim virtually the handrail, that is fake. Our client was previously advised that the handrail may need to be removed for the ********* to operate properly and safely. Our client and NSM are currently finalizing the plans and related documentation.
